Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (1496 hits)
An idea of forming a merchant association in Pokhara was initially conceived by an enterprising group of thirty nine business people in 1951(2008 B.S). With the inception of Pokhara Merchant Association in 1955 (2011 B.S). the dream of the enthusiasts was subsequently materialized. Keeping pace with increased scope of activities, the name of the association was changed into Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) in 1979 (2035 B.S.) Over the years, PCCI has become a dynamic and result -oriented forum of trade , industry, tourism and environment including health , education and infrastructure development in Kaski district.
